The event is a Tennis Festival hosted at Lisa & Douglas Goldman Tennis Center in San Francisco on May 10th. The festival is hosted by local tennis players and features free tennis balls, racket rentals, and activities such as live music and mini-tournaments.

The visual identity centers on on dynamic representation of tennis players, each made out of circles. These figures are illustrated in different action poses, capturing the energy and inclusivity of the sport. The red and green of the players repressents the colors of the court while the yellow represents the color of the tennis ball. The use of circles represents unity and communuity, reinforcing the goal of bringing people together from different backgrounds and skill levels.

Process

The initial concept centered around two players, however, after receiving feedback from peers, it became clear that the design represent a competitive game between two players rather than the intended goal of unity and community.
